Reglamento General de Construcciones (RGC), en algunos de sus

style="mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">Se fundamenta, nuestra propuesta en virtud
del gran impulso que ha tomado la edificación en altura y que la misma trae
aparejada mayores riesgos de caída de objetos a la vía pública como a predios
linderos, poniendo en peligro la vida de las personas que transitan o viven en
los mencionados predios y además resulta conveniente ajustar la normativa para
su comprensión clara y precisa, haciendo necesario actualizar la
reglamentación dispuesta, compatibilizándola con otras disposiciones
vigentes.<O:P></O:P></SPAN></P>

se colocarán protecciones para resguardar de eventuales caídas de materiales a
la vía pública y a las fincas linderas.</P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Estas protecciones tendrán las
siguientes características:</P>

retirada de ella hasta 3m., al ejecutarse la estructura sobre el primer piso y
a una altura no mayor de 6m. será obligatoria la colocación de una bandeja de
protección sobre la acera, la que se extenderá horizontalmente desde la
fachada hasta una distancia de <ST1:METRICCONVERTER w:st="on"

Vía</ST1:PERSONNAME> Pública</ST1:PERSONNAME> y a fincas linderas a una obra
(punto 2.2.2.1, l RGC <B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">(Agregado)

<P class=MsoNormal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Las bandejas
serán construidas con chapas metálicas, madera o materiales de similar
resistencia mecánica, sólidamente armadas y de forma tal que impida la caída
de materiales, objetos o polvo proveniente de <ST1:PERSONNAME w:st="on"
productid="la obra. En">la obra. En</ST1:PERSONNAME> el caso que se utilice
madera o material similar, toda la bandeja en su parte superior deberá
recubrirse con chapa metálica conformada perfectamente fijada a la bandeja,
que asegure que ante la caída de un objeto, la misma no pueda ser
perforada.</P>

la bandeja se producirá cuando quede totalmente terminada la fachada por sobre

lindero a una obra en construcción, deberá ser protegido con una bandeja de
características constructivas y resistentes similares a la anterior, de un
ancho no inferior a <ST1:METRICCONVERTER w:st="on" productid="2,50 m">2,50
m</ST1:METRICCONVERTER>. respecto del plano vertical que conforma la fachada y
a una altura no inferior a los <ST1:METRICCONVERTER w:st="on"

se retirará solo cuando quede totalmente terminada la fachada por sobre la

de la protección permanente especificada e Independientemente de la protección
a linderos, fijada en el inciso anterior, es obligatoria la colocación de
una<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>bandeja de protección cada
tres niveles por debajo del de trabajo al de trabajo y como máximo hasta
<ST1:METRICCONVERTER w:st="on" productid="9,00 m">9,00
m</ST1:METRICCONVERTER>. de éste, de 2.5m de ancho total, la que llevará un
borde<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>a 45° en su arista exterior
de una altura mínima de <ST1:METRICCONVERTER w:st="on" productid="0,50 m">0,50
m</ST1:METRICCONVERTER>. desde el plano de la bandeja y en todo el perímetro
de la obra, en edificios de más de tres niveles de alto, dicha bandeja reunirá
las condiciones constructivas detalladas en los incisos precedentes, a
excepción de la colocación de la chapa protectora. Esta protección será
colocada de acuerdo con el progreso del edificio, no permitiéndose trabajar en
muros al exterior cuando falte entendiéndose por trabajo a todas las tareas
que sea<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>inherente a la
construcción. </P>
<P class=MsoNormal
style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><O:P></O:P></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><B

Protección contra proyecciones.<O:P></O:P></I></B></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Se deberá
colocar obligatoriamente en todo el perímetro de la obra una red protectora
vertical tipo RascheI o de similares caracteristicas de dimensiones y
resistencia, de <ST1:METRICCONVERTER w:st="on" productid="10 mm">10
mm</ST1:METRICCONVERTER><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"> </B>(5x5) que
cubra desde el plano superior de la bandeja protectora sobre planta<B

</I></B>baja hasta el nivel superior de la construcción manteniéndola en todo
momento<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>durante el avance de la

<P class=MsoNormal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Las
características técnicas de la red, la forma de colocación, sus fijaciones y
el avance de la misma durante las distintas etapas de la construcción del
edificio estarán debidamente explicitadas en el Proyecto de las medidas de
Protección de <ST1:PERSONNAME w:st="on"
productid="la V￭a Pblica"><ST1:PERSONNAME w:st="on" productid="la V￭a">la
Vía</ST1:PERSONNAME> Pública</ST1:PERSONNAME> y a fincas linderas a una obra,
punto 2.2.2.1, l RGC( Agregado) </P>

de uso de andamios colgantes se mantendrá libre de obstáculos la trayectoria
de recorrido <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>de los mismos
quitando en forma temporaria las sección de cada una de las bandejas afectadas
reponiéndose las mismas hasta terminado el frente de trabajo<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>con andamio colgante.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Siempre
deberá contar por detrás del mismo y hacia la vía pública o lindero con<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>la red protectora especificada en el
punto 4.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Todos los
andamios colgantes que se utilicen durante la ejecución de la obra deberán
tener incorporado, aparte del sistema de suspensión convencional, un sistema
de seguridad que se acciona anti caídas (1) y <SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>cables guía (2).</P>
<P class=MsoNormal
style="TEXT-INDENT: 35.4pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><O:P></O:P></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">(1) Sistema
anti caídas <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>tipo Blocstop fijados
en ambos laterales extremos de la plataforma por el cual correrán los cables
de seguridad anclados a puntos fijos en los extremos superiores, para que en
caso que alguno o ambos cables de suspensión convencional falle, la plataforma
quede suspendida. </P>
<P class=MsoNormal
style="TEXT-INDENT: 35.4pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><O:P></O:P></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">(2) Los
cables guía son los cables que asegurados en la zona superior e inferior del
recorrido mantienen sin movimientos transversales el andamio.</P>

de uso de andamios simplemente apoyados se deberá mantener la bandeja en
planta baja y bandejas en pisos superiores donde no se armen los mismos.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">A esta
estructura de andamio se deberá fijar la red protectora vertical con las
características especificadas anteriormente.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal
style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><O:P></O:P></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">En el caso
de uso de andamios fijos en la fachada principal se habilita la posibilidad de
colocar un parante más en la bandeja sobre la acera. </P>
