estaba enterado de ésta iniciativa??? Copio lo que salió publicado<BR>en el
diario La Capital de hoy (04/09/2010):<BR><BR>"La Municipalidad de General
Pueyrredon tiene que controlar actualmente 360<BR>edificios que están en
obras, contando tanto los que están en plena<BR>construcción como aquellos en
los que se realizan distintas refacciones.<BR><BR>El dato fue brindado a LA
CAPITAL por el secretario de Planeamiento Urbano,<BR>arquitecto José Luis
Castorina, quien también anunció que "en dos semanas el<BR>intendente, Gustavo
Pulti, enviará al Concejo Deliberante un proyecto de<BR>modificación de las
normas exigidas para la habilitación de obras edilicias,<BR>que tendrá como
una de sus novedades, la incorporación de la figura del<BR>'<SPAN
class=Apple-style-span style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: rgb(255,64,64)">responsable de
seguridad'</SPAN>, además de las de director de la obra y<BR>responsable de la
construcción que ya rigen".<BR><BR>Castorina enfatizó que "ante la serie de
derrumbes y accidentes producidos<BR>en obras en construcción, la
Municipalidad ha visto necesario modificar las<BR>pautas de exigencia. Por
eso, estamos confeccionando este proyecto con la<BR>colaboración de los
colegios profesionales de arquitectos, ingenieros y<BR>técnicos, las
universidades Nacional y Fasta, además de la Cámara de la<BR>Construcción y el
Centro de Constructores".<BR><BR>Explicó que "recién (por la mañana de ayer)
tuvimos una reunión con estas<BR>entidades. El próximo miércoles presentaremos
ya el borrador del proyecto y<BR>el viernes convocaremos a la última reunión
plenaria, por lo que en dos<BR>semanas podrá ser tratado en el Concejo, previo
a su consideración en las<BR>respectivas
comisiones"."<BR><BR><BR><BR>Obviamente, pienso que los "responsables de
seguridad" vamos a ser nosotros.<BR>¿Alguien nos pidió opinión o nos consultó?
El Colegio aparentemente está al<BR>tanto (por lo que dice la nota). ¿Vamos a
ser responsables? ¿Tendremos el<BR>derecho a parar la obra si no se cumple con
