Si hacemos un “paro” ¿a quién le importa? Tenemos firmado un contrato, no tenemos relación de dependencia. Las obras igual seguirían adelante y nuestras obligaciones sobre las mismas también mientras esté vigente el contrato. Y ojo que no ocurra ningún accidente durante ese paro. </SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: #1f497d; FONT-SIZE: 11pt">Si lo que se busca es parar las obras por falta de Servicio en las mismas, entonces deberíamos tomar una medida radical como ser renunciar TODOS a la tarea profesional y entonces ahí si la MGP debería detener masivamente las obras hasta que contraten otro profesional. Al no tener relación de dependencia, a nosotros, y puedo estar equivocado, no nos cabe la figura de “paro de actividades”. (Si estoy equivocado corríjanme)</SPAN></P>
